I visited this new spot and it’s a real gem! The selection of Middle Eastern sweets is amazing—fresh, rich in flavor, and beautifully presented. They also offer crepes and waffles. Everything tastes authentic and made with care. I tried the baklava and a few other pastries, and they were perfectly balanced, not overly sweet but full of flavor. The Turkish coffee was excellent—strong, smooth, and served just the way it should be. It paired perfectly with the desserts. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, making it a great place to sit and enjoy a treat with friends or even just relax on your own. The staff are friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. This shop is a fantastic addition to the area, and I’ll definitely be back often! ~ Salim T

If you haven’t tried a Chimney Cake (Kürtőskalács) from this shop yet, you are seriously missing out on one of life’s greatest simple pleasures. From the moment you walk in, the smell of caramelizing sugar and fresh dough hits you—it’s impossible to walk past without stopping. Here’s why this place is a 10/10: Freshness: They bake these right in front of you. There’s nothing like pulling apart a warm, steaming ribbon of dough that’s crispy on the outside and pillowy-soft on the inside. The Texture: That crunch of the cinnamon-sugar glaze is perfection. It’s not overly sweet, just perfectly balanced. Creative Fillings: I tried mine filled with Nutella and fresh strawberries, but even the plain walnut one is incredible. The last time I had chimney Cake was in Budapest. The traditional is covered in cinnamon and sugar. CCH has a number of different flavored toppings. I chose the coconut with a scoop of chocolate ice cream inside. I don't recommend trying to eat it while you're driving because the coconut makes it messy. That aside, it was as wonderful as the cake I had in budapest! Each cake is baked fresh per order so it takes a little time, but so worth it! They also have a number of varieties of baklava which I will try next time. If you are looking for a unique, a dessert experience, try Chimney Cake House! ~ Jennifer B

Amazing sweets, waffles and crepes. The chimeny cake was very delicious with the ice cream! If you're a coffee enthusiasts, We'd would recommend the Turkish coffee with a side of any of their delectable sweets. We are definitely coming back to try the other sweets they have. The employees were very nice, welcoming and very helpful! they did an amazing job at making our drinks and the Chimney Cake. Seating was good but limited if there is over 10+ people. the tables and shop was very clean and tidy. Would highly recommend coming here. ~ TinaEh V

Chimney cakes are an uncommon item around the twin cities. Adam, the owner, makes them fresh while you wait - so it takes awhile between ordering and getting your item. After it’s baked, he tops it and then you can get ice cream in it, if you want. There’s also a large selection of baklava and other treats you can buy. Chimney cakes are a bit messy, depending on the toppings you choose. Not great for eating in your car, but there’s plenty of seating inside. ~ You M

We set out to find something different then our usual chocolate desserts. I peaked at the menu and saw Dubai chocolate and was sold. So we didn't really know what to expect. I had the chocolate and strawberry cup. It's pretty self explanatory. As a bonus it has pistachio swirled in. It was delicious! He has the Dubai chocolate brownie. This delicious brownie was topped with a layer of pistachio and smothered on Dubai chocolate. That was amazing! You do a happy dance with you take a bite. ~ Becki E

It was our first time ever trying chimney cake and wowww it was incredible!! We got the pistachio one. The warm chimney cake with cold vanilla ice cream + crunchy pistachio.. delicious!! Chimney Cake House is such a gem! The chimney cakes are warm, fresh, and perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Hole in the way place tucked away on Central Avenue. Loved all the desserts here - definitely a great place if you want to satisfy your sweet tooth! I tried several items here - Pistachio Chimney Cake, lotus biscoff kanafeh, pistachio crepe, and waffle with fruit and chocolate sauce. We also had a small baklava bite and Turkish coffee. All the desserts were so delicious, creamy, and sweet ! The ice cream in the Chimney Cake had great flavor too. My favorite items were the chimney cake,.crepe, and baklava. The Turkish coffee was very strong for my taste but I'm usually not a fan of black coffee overall. I think next time I'll have to try the iced lattes. Service was good - the staff member gave some suggestions and gave me a heads up of how long some items would take. I liked that we got a warning since the crepe took about 20 mins but it was sooo worth the wait. The napkins are small and utensils are kind of flimsy so they are hard to use to cut more dense items like the waffle or chimney cake, but they worked to cut the crepe. I would bring some Wet Ones / larger napkins since there isn't a sink available for customer use and eating the desserts can get a bit messy. ~ Mariam R

So happy with the service and quality of the food! I'm from out of state and ordered this as a surprise for my sons birthday. They went out of their way to assist us and my son loved all the food! My partner and I stopped by for dessert and it was wonderful! Our chimney cakes were made fresh and we had the place to ourselves. I got the pistachio and she got rainbow sprinkles, and we both agreed they were uniquely delicious. I have been wanting to try this spot ever since learning about Chimney Cakes, thanks to TikTok. :) These were so delicious! We tried the classic and the Lotus/Biscoff chimney cakes. This was quite the experience all around. Delicious, sticky, and…exciting? I had the pistachio chimney cake and my husband had the lotus chimney cake. Ahhhhmazing!
